You'll be a force multiplier for the founders — driving priorities, running the operating cadence, and jumping into whatever is most important that week.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly.
In this role, you will
- Run the company's planning and operating rhythm.
- Drive cross-functional projects that don't have an obvious owner.
- Prepare analysis and communication for key decisions.
- Fill gaps across operations, finance, and people as we grow.
